We use your portfolio statistics information to enable autorized modeling agencies using our online scouting service to search through our database of members. This information is never tied to any personal identifying information about you during the search except for your first name, initial of last name, photographs and your general location (State + Country.) When an agency contacts you through our scouting system you can accept or decline to respond. If you do not respond the agency will not have access to any additional personal identifying information about you. If you accept, only the information you voluntarily disclose will be available to the agency.

You may also opt-in to display some of you personal information (email address and detailed location info) on the TheFashionTimes.com Member Forums, the default setting if you do not opt-in will not display any information on the forums except for your TheFashionTimes.com username, country, occupation and interests.

You can choose to receive updates on our new products and services at registration time. Information you submit on our Web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form and select to receive these updates on our new products and services.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

- Upon sign up, by selecting the appropriate option during the registration process

Your personal information that you can edit and that is collected by TheFashionTimes.com includes your personal statistics for your modeling portfolio including your location, age and measurements. This information is used for our anonymous modeling talent search tool used by Professional Modeling Agencies. Please note this personal information is never tied to personally identifiable information about you until you are anonymously contacted by a Professional Modeling Agency through our service and you opt-in to release that information. The agencies contacting you will contact you through an internal TheFashionTimes.com messaging system that will notify you and protect your anonimity. Agencies will not be given your phone number, email address, or any other contact information by TheFashionTimes.com until you release it to them directly.

At any time, you may later review or update ALL the personal information we have collected online from you by logging on to http://my.TheFashionTimes.com/ and clicking "edit account" for your account information or "portfolios" for your TheFashionTimes.com portfolio information.

To delete your personal information from the TheFashionTimes.com servers you need to cancel your TheFashionTimes.com account. To cancel your TheFashionTimes.com account, please email us at email id provided at contact us page. Please make sure to include your TheFashionTimes.com username in your cancellation email request and the reason for your cancellation.
